Return Policy TOP

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using Paypal or Money Order. Doodlebugs Boutique reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the items. If returns are returned after this date, store credit will be issued. These items must be in their original packaging and condition. These will be issed 7 days from the return of the items. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Holiday items are final as of the date of the holiday. All items that receive more than a 25% discount are final sale. Refused shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Pre-ordered items can only be exchanged and this must be done within 14 days of receipt of the item.

We are happy to offer gift certificates. When a gift certificate is purchased, a gift voucher code is then sent to the recipient. This code is good for 8 weeks from the date the certificate is purchased.
