Return Policy TOP

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using Paypal or Money Order. Doodlebugs Boutique reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the items. If returns are returned after this date, store credit will be issued. These items must be in their original packaging and condition. These will be issued 7 days from the return of the items. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Holiday items are final as of the date of the holiday. All items that receive more than a 25% discount are final sale. Items returned which do not qualify as returnable or have not be pre-approved, will have a 25% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Pre-ordered items are not returnable.

Gift Certificates TOP

We are happy to offer gift certificates. When a gift certificate is purchased, a gift voucher code is then sent to the recipient. This code is good for 8 weeks from the date the certificate is purchased.

When an item is put in your cart and rings up as $0.00, this means that this item is sold out in the quantity requested. If you place one of a certain item in your cart and the correct price comes up, then change the quantity to 2 and the price goes to $0 then there is only 1 of these items available. This item will not be shipped to you if it rings up at $0.
